I purchased two bracelet and could not wait to get them in the mail. This one was my favorite of the two. When finally got them in the mail I was amazed at the quality and the beauty of the item. However to my disappointment, they were both too big (my fault, should have sized them before ordering). I initiated the return process hopefully to get in return two bracelets that I could wear with style. I followed the instructions on the website and mailed both items back a couple of weeks ago and send a message via the website checking on the status of the return. To my surprise, no response. I gave it a few days and sent another message, no response. I am at the point now where I am searching for a resolution. I don't want to tell others to stay away from this company, because the product is so good. But if the service experience that accompanies the product continues to be completely lacking, I will have to discontinue my support of the product. I am looking for a resolution, so I can continue to be a fan.
